This policy explains what personal information Learning Adda, operated by Yogesh Singh, collects when you visit this website or buy from us, and how we use it.

Information we collect

• When you buy: your email address and phone number (entered on the payment page), any name you provide, and payment details such as the amount, date, payment ID and payment status. Your payment is handled by Razorpay. We never receive your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net banking password.
• When you contact us: the details you share in your message, email or WhatsApp chat.
• When you browse: basic technical information such as your device type, browser and the pages you visit. Our website host may keep standard server logs. If we run ads, we may use the Meta Pixel, which uses cookies to measure visits and purchases that come from those ads.

How we use it

• to deliver your purchase and resend the download link if needed;
• to answer your questions and give support;
• to keep records of payments and refunds, as required by law;
• to understand which ads and pages work, so we can improve them.

We send product updates or offers only if you have agreed to receive them, and you can ask us to stop at any time.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with:

• our payment gateway (Razorpay), to process your payment;
• service providers that run this website and our communication tools;
• Meta Platforms, if we use the Meta Pixel for ad measurement;

This website has no login or accounts, so it does not need cookies to work. If the Meta Pixel is turned on, Meta may set cookies to measure ad performance. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep order and payment records for as long as needed to give support and to meet tax and legal requirements. Other information is deleted when it is no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you messages, by contacting us. We handle personal data in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Children's privacy

Our worksheets are made for children, but purchases are made by parents or guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

Payments take place on the payment gateway's secure checkout. We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, but no way of storing or sending data online is completely secure.
