Our worksheets are a digital product that you can download immediately after paying. Please read this policy before you buy.

Cancellation

Orders are delivered instantly, so they cannot be cancelled once the payment is successful.

When you can get a refund

You can ask for a refund within 7 days of your purchase if:

• money was deducted but you could not get the PDF, and we are unable to send it to you within 24 hours of your message;
• you were charged more than once for the same order (we refund the extra payment);
• the file does not open or is damaged, and we cannot give you a working copy.

When refunds are not given

• You changed your mind after the file was delivered or downloaded.
• You were expecting a printed book. The product page states that this is a PDF download.

How to ask for a refund

Email or WhatsApp us with the email or phone number you used at checkout, the date of payment, and the payment ID or a screenshot of the payment.

Refund timeline

We reply to refund requests within 24 hours on working days. Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method (UPI, card or bank account) and usually reach you within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.

Failed payments

If a payment failed but money was deducted from your account, your bank or payment app usually reverses it automatically within 5–7 working days. If it is not reversed, contact us with the details and we will help.
