These terms apply when you use this website or buy a product from Learning Adda, a business operated by Yogesh Singh (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. The product

Fun Math Worksheets is a digital PDF file with 100 printable worksheet pages for children in Class 1–3. It is delivered as a download. No physical book or printed material is sent.

2. Price and payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) on our Pricing page and at checkout. Payments are processed by Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. We do not see or store your card number, UPI PIN or net banking password. Your order is confirmed only after the payment is successful.

3. Delivery

After a successful payment you are taken to a download page where you can download the PDF. If you cannot download it, contact us and we will send you the link. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

4. How you may use the worksheets

When you buy the worksheets, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to download and print them for children in your own household. You may not:

• resell, rent or give away the PDF or printed copies;
• share the file or the download link publicly, including on social media, websites or messaging groups;
• upload the file to any file-sharing service, or claim the content as your own.

Teachers, tutors and schools who want to use the worksheets with their students should contact us first.

5. Intellectual property

All worksheets, text, designs and images on this website and in the PDF belong to Learning Adda and are protected by copyright law. Buying the product does not transfer ownership of this content to you.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Because the product is delivered instantly, orders cannot be cancelled after payment. Refunds are available only in the situations described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

7. Educational use

The worksheets are practice material for learning at home. They do not replace a school curriculum, and we do not promise any particular marks or results. Young children should use them with an adult nearby.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page on the date of your purchase applies to that purchase.
